    Generosity

It is sometimes used in the meaning of charity (the virtue of giving without expecting anything in return. It can involve offering time, assets or talents to aid someone in need).
In times of natural disaster, relief efforts are frequently provided, voluntarily, by individuals or groups acting unilaterally in making gifts of time, resources, goods, money, etc.
Generosity is a guiding principle for many registered charities, foundations and non-profit organizations.
Generosity can also be spending time, money, or labor for others without being rewarded in return.
Although the term generosity often goes hand-in-hand with charity, many people in the public's eye want recognition for their good deeds. Donations are needed to support organizations and committees, however, generosity should not be limited to times of great need such as natural disasters and extreme situations.
Generosity is not solely based on one's economic status, but instead, includes the individual's pure intentions of looking out for society's common good and giving from the heart. Generosity should reflect the individual's passion to help others.

    Gift

A gift or a present is an item given to someone without the expectation of payment. An item is not a gift, if that item, itself, is already owned by the one to whom it is given. Although gift-giving might involve an expectation of reciprocity, a gift is meant to be free. In many countries, the act of mutually exchanging money, goods, etc. may sustain social relations and contribute to social cohesion. Economists have elaborated the economics of gift-giving into the notion of a gift economy. By extension the term gift can refer to anything that makes the other happier or less sad, especially as a favor, including forgiveness and kindness. Gifts are also first and foremost presented on occasions - birthdays and, in Western cultures, Christmas being the main examples and other occasions like birthdays.

it's okay all of you disappointed contestants, with the right friends and sources, you can buy stat hacks and build your character the way YOU want, and for exponentially low cost compared to what you'd spend trying to get a legitimate SP deck, look at the facts: not even in a player-mod ran Christmas event can you obtain juan.

so don't even trip bois and gals, instead, reach out and find other ways - if you're willing to put your pride, character, and forum rep on the line ofc

Lol, this is mad hilarious. This community ask's gamekiss to give a bunch of sht back to the players and yet you cant even give back to your own community. All you faggots who ask gamekiss to do an update, release this, release that. They eventually do it. Infact last Christmas. Lucy gave a free sp deck, free items, etc. That shits free? You should take notes of the staff of FS2 and what they try to give back to everyone. We asked for more competitiveness, consistant crew league, more tournaments, list goes on etc... We are getting it back finally, and our voices are starting to be heard a bit more.

Take it like this. Someone in your community in real life or fuck it, it could be your sibiling asks for somthing and you have the power to give them what they want, could be a homeless guy asking for food, or clothes whatever it is. If you dont got the heart in you to help them out and sacrifice somthing of yours to make someone happy, you are a lonely inconsiderate fuck. I bet yall dont even know what the fuck christmas means.... thats probably why your gonna spend christmas on fs cause you got nothing else. Thor pls hire some new mods, ones that actually care for the community, espeically when you hinder to take it easy on them. I know we the community got the point. I swear to god if i see any of these mods or anyone that agrees with them on what they did, i will fucking laugh at you if you ask somthing of gamekiss to just give you somthing , the way you didnt give back to these players. Save your competiveness for tournaments and crew league or ranked season. Somthing that actually shows you have skill , not beating on bunch of new players.

            Have a heart.

Lol, this is why you don't give egomaniac kids power. this dude has got to be the most cockiest individual to ever touch a FS computer game. Give it to him he's good but damn that doesn't mean you have to be a dick and screw someone over. When you become a greater person rather than worrying about accolades greater things will happen. Make SoldierKing an FS supporter and fire everyone else.

                1. Mods had a choice to win or lose
2.The players against the mods should honestly "earn" their win, not it be given to them easily... (yes this contradicts my "go easy on them" stuff i said in game.)
3.Kuzi and Sanctify were doing their jobs, which dbll talked about above. Do not hate on them because they felt like letting the other team actually "earn" their win with good defense and offense capabilities.
4.The 2nd match, we did not mean to lose so badly, but it just so happens that Kuzi was lagging hard at the endgame phase of the match, making it look like it.
                5. My view in the event was this: "Try our best in the first half, then 2nd half go easy"
                6. DBLL has the right to play to win, as stated by the GMs themselves. he don't have to make it easy.
                7. Yes they were the lucky winners of the event, but think about the people who didn't win.... they werent even lucky enough to participate, therefore they dont even get the chance to go against us. This means that if we went totally easy on the chosen players, it wouldn't feel right at all...

So is it safe to say we will see you mods displaying this competitive fire against actual decent players in the tournament or will you guys be saving it for the next event hosted against noobs?

Anyone in the dUP discord will read this and think "yea he did say that". It's simply what happened. So if you want to hate on any mod, I think I'll be the appropriate target and please leave them out of it. Free for all: say what you need to say.

My story: I didn't want to participate in this at all, because I'm a competitive player. I don't care what it is, I want to win. When GMs posted in supporter forum, I was the first one who gave the impression of "you know what this is an event we should probably lose, I want to stay out of it". Because Thor said "take it easy on the ballers it's Christmas , but it's up to you", and I quoted that and said I can't participate because I'm ineligible.

I still ended up as a sub in case someone had to go. It almost turned out how I wanted (not playing, turned down only opportunity to play), but I had to play the last game where I played like I would have through all of them. I can't take up for Will and Sanc winning at least 3 games no matter what even if I hadn't played. However, I can take 100% of the blame for insinuating any type of competitive attitude from us overall in an event like this. And I will add that if I had to play the games before that I would've driven the scoreboard up as much as I could, I'll admit to it and that's all I have to say about that. I'm just being honest. GM Thor said "but it's up to you", if it's up to me then that's what I would have done. In the final game I told them let's just go out and play we won't do iso or anything. Y'all can do whatever, but personally I'm going to try to win.

In summary: if you think winning in this event was wrong then the GMs and other mods are innocent. I'm 100% the one you should be hating. If there is another event like this and I have to play in it again then you better bring it I'll promise you that. I'm a player mod for a lot of reasons. But losing on purpose in any scenario wasn't one of them and never will be and that's just the player I am.
Damn so what happen during the tournament? I feel you the type of guy to walk in a elementary school gym and start dunking on kids and yelling at them when they cant stop you.

So what u want to say guys that event was from the start 0 chance? If u make it go "earn" your deck... Thats what happens.
If GM's somehow randomly chose a team that is able to beat supporters, especially on EU if they go hard.. its a team that already has good chars and doesnt need new sp. And new players who got lucky to be chosen would be just shown that they are nothing and kicked out with +50.
If you want to make a competitive event to earn it, make "beat the tourney champs" event. If u want to make a giveaway, call the mods.
Your arguments are all good except the fact that servers are still low on avg play level. so 90% a player chosen is worse than a mod playing. If GK wanted a challenge, noone would receive it ever...

I probably wouldnt have gone hard had i been there, but at the same time how can you expect this event to be a freebie. SP Decks are hard as hell to get, they just gave us an event which made them simple to get for a few lucky players. They just had to win. Did y'all really expect the mods to roll over and let them get what many of us have dropped thousands trying in vain to get? Y'all should just be happy you were given an event with such amazing rewards. Theres really no pleasing any of you when you get down to it. First you complain about recycled events with crap rewards, then you complain about the Mods trying in said events. Had the mods not tried, these forums would be littered with "lolol these are the shit mods you all picked they dont even know how to play". Sure it kinda sucks the guys that got picked lost, but at the end of the day they were given a much higher chance to get the best card decks in the game than anyone else has ever had. Maybe instead of complaining about their loss, you should take refuge in the fact we had our first meaningful event, with meaningful rewards. There will always be something to complain about, but you should pick your battles. Because, as i see it you should all be happy we got this event to begin with. Would you rather some bland christmas tree event, that gives you the same reindeer hat, and suit, that we've been given the last two years? Or would you rather have an event that gives you a chance to win SP decks? The mods werent told to lay down, it was up to each individual whether or not they wanted to have players compete for their rewards, or hand them out.
I honestly disagree tbh but hey you are one of the mods so it's understandable.

So glad to see the community expressing their thoughts on this matter. It's great to see that the majority of the community is united, from across all servers. Even if they try to deafen us by closing and deleting our threads, the voice of the community will be louder.

I still cannot believe that this event is not a giveaway event. I mean, come on, when you have a christmas theme branded on your event, it automatically assures that someone will get something (In this case, I think they got their butts kicked...). Oh well, competitiveness and spirit aside, you should really say sorry to those players you beat because you just ruined their worlds.

You're so full of it. Please get over yourself. The event was not a tournament event and there was no need for you Mods to try and deny those needy players an sp.

If beating newbies who are still new and learning the game boosts your ego, you really need a long look in the mirror.

                                This has gotten ridiculous...

Kuzi posted his discord ID, maybe if y'all had an adult conversation with him instead of putting your fingers in your ears and yelling, LALALALALA! And throwing a temper tantrum, we could actually get somewhere.
