              1. If i had 180 3pt shoot, then how much is my 3pt succ? and how is my 3pt ressist? (could u make an example ) ?
              2. if i had 210 long layup, then how much is my long layup range ? and how much is my long layup angle ?

                1) They did not mention about specific value of increase, so I cannot answer to that question
                2) Same thing above. But long layup att does not affect long layup angle

                  for instance mid: 185 190 195, etc
                  3pt : 170, 175, 180

                  Is the correct one.

                  Meanwhile, I also heard that if we make our attribute end into odd,even numbers like ; 3pt shot 186,187,188,189

                  that affect the 3pt def ressist
                  is that true?

                      That statement is wrong. GMs already have mentioned (Korean GMs) that attributes are affected even by 1 point each
                      So for example, 3pt 171, 172, 173, 174, 175 have difference, but the exact value of difference is still unknown, which devs are still hiding

                      They are not affected by odd or even, they are affected by one point each

                      Def resist is a separate value from success, and 3pt att only affects success
