Most likely shrewd sir. Korean PGs usually go shrewd. (also, in korea version, the being short = shrewd type, while being tall = power type. In between heights = balanced.)

That is a skill that is not yet implemented in the game sir. Hopefully it will come to this version of the game though! Sometimes ppl do that skill in the game by accident though even though it shouldn't exist.

how PG diving catch the ball and pass during that time?
I have done that sometimes and saw in many tournament's videos

I assume running speed affects the speed of your character both with and without the ball slightly, while move speed affects only movement speed without the ball more than running speed.

Yes, passing stats increases the range of jump pass, but I am not sure about the gauge increase for baseball pass. I haven't seen any differences with the gauge being larger.
