ive got some questions about distributing stats wisely.
isn't that its better to distribute stat points equally rather maxing first (ex. speed ) and then getting another stat? imean if your planning to max speed ,3pt and steal , you better distribute the stats equally to the three rather maxing speed first, then 3pt , then steal?
just want to make sure that this is right, i want to someone agree and also disagree with me(if there are), please tell me the reason behind why you disagree or agree with me
i would love to hear your opinions

MVP: Pass does actually increase the success rate of a shot because if you've ever read a 'tips' thing that appears when loading a match, you may occasionally see "Shooting after receiving a Kill Pass will increase your success rate". Idk if that's just for kill pass though.

If you want the benefits of faster pass and passing getting less intercepted. PGs already have a skill that increase speed of pass and helps with getting less intercepted

Pass does a lot more.
Speed
Success rate on alley oops, fake shot to pass or any pass relative skill as well as between intercepts.

Pass is a suggested stat for PG for a reason.

Get a PG to pass to you and wait for the announcer to say "Nice Pass." and then shoot from far away immediately; the shot circle bar will go up. I can tell from the way I play that pass bonus is still in the game.

There's some stuff you're missing from the stat explanation. Block affects how wide your timing window is for being able to successfully block a shot. Also pass increases the shot % bonus the receiver gets after you pass it to him.
