11.29 Balance patch in Korea version - preview of possible NA patch
1. Balance update
A. New system
i. Ballhog system added
① Ballhog gauge activate as soon as you have a ball
② when you move holding a ball, Ballhog gauge increases
③ when you are on pivot motion, Ballhog gauge increases
④ Ballhog gauge reset when you shoot,lose or pass a ball
B. New Steal added
i. Interupt Steal
① Interupt Steal activate from the angle previously impossible to try before the patch
② dafault success rate of this steal is low however the success rate increases depend on Ballhog Steal gauge of ball handlers
③ Steal attribute can increase Interupt Steal success rate by little
④ Impossible to use this skill against players on pivot motion( traveling)
C. Basic attribute rebalancing on positions
pg - Long layup +12
sg - pass +5
SW - 3p +10
DG - 3p +5
C - running speed +7(to compensate Shadow block nerf stated below)
CT - 3p -7(GK thinks 3p was too accurate for bigman)
D. Skill rebalancing
SW-SP 3point skill LV2-> LV3
3PT focus LV1 added
Dunk AT WILL skill added(you cannot manuel dunk, just straight dunk)
DG- 3PT focus LV2 added
Manuel Block LV1 added
SG- Passfake skill Added
Manuel BLock LV1 added
PG- Now double clutch will be the default skill for pg(same effect as skill slot +1)
E. 'Pass' attibute reworks
i. Pass speed and distance increase by Pass attribute
(1)Pass, kickout pass,entry pass, bad pass, kill pass speed increase
(2) Default pass distance decreases, the distance will increases by Pass attribute
ii. Pass attrivute will affect Kill pass distance
iii. Intercept successrate will get affected by Pass attribute of whom passes a ball
F. Skill rework
i. Rolling Diving catch
① you can shoot right after Rolling Diving Catch(S+D command)
ii. Jumpshot Pass
① 'Pass and Run' can be used right after Jumpshot Pass skill
iii. Baseball Pass
① now it is much easier to successfully throw it
② But Baseball Pass will use extra stamina
iv. Passfake
① changed to V+S(previously V)
② V+R for Baseball Passfake
③ Now you can use Passfake from standing still
④ V+S, S for Passfake pass
⑤ The animation changed
v. Intercept
① Intercept duration decreases
vi. Kill Pass
① Kill Pass condition changes, now you can use Kill Pass without defenders standing close to you
② Kill pass can be intercepted now
vii. Block and Catch and DUnk Block and Catch are now merged as one skill
viii. Shadow BLock
① decreased successrate against layups
② bit increased successrate against dunks
③ correct direction key toward a shooter is now more strict(harder to use after the patch)
ix. Floater
① increased success rate
x. Spin Move while dribbling
① input change from V → V + A
② use more stamina
xi. Spin Move layup input change
① V → V + A
xii. Tap pass, Power Tap pass
① now only recorded as rebound when pass success
xiii. Dribble Cut
① The animation speed increases as Dribble speed substat
xiv. Pass And Run
① Distance increases as Running Speed stat increases
xv. SW's prevention from falling while dribble skill
① uses extra stamina now

i. Shadow Steal
① Shadow Steal activation start earlier
② Steal attribute will increases Shadow steal success little
ii. Ankle break
① when you have less stamina, you will get ankle broke longer
② Ankle break affect area increases little
iii. Steal
① consecutive steal attempts will decreases steal success
② the successrate will recover after the certain amount of time
iv. Screen
① The area that Screen affecting shot success will decrease
