Are you getting the password incorrect error? if you are then you will have to change your password to lowercase letters only for the time being while the devs fix the launcher.

We have other players to change their password and it worked for some as a temporary fix to the problem I would suggest giving it a try.

That's fine, we figured out on our own that passwords can no longer contain anything but LOWERCASE and NON-SPECIAL characters.

I think that the update cancel access via Gmail

I have a hotmail account that I wasn't able to log in with so I dont think this is necessarily true. The problem was the password being read wrong by the client

3) My GAMEKISS account is a "gmail" email address. This could be relating to the integrated google login, but I don't believe so, as accounts created in this fashion are dynamically generated. I have been told by another "gmail" Gamekiss acccount holder, that logging in with Google integration creates a new account, and brings you to the "Create Manager" screen in game, but there is no characters present on the account. .

they did, mogu's being copy pasting his answer all over the forums, they can't even answer the topics differently, it's either play they're BB games or get stuck in a loop of bugs.
