Don't bump on screen. Try chasing and contest most shots. I personally never had problem guarding screen dash.
I am in ProjectAway crew. >3

Learn to use screen dash correctly and it will be easy to counter.

But the point of screen dash isn't so that the SG can get open. It's because it sets up a play where either:

        1. The SG is Open, in which he takes a shot (if dashes correctly)
        2. The SG draws double d or the big man's d, in which either your team's big man is open, or the PG has an open drive to the hoop.

Even if you don't bump into the screen, there are more C/PFs that don't screen wherever, but actively move around to catch people. Some also utilize Pick and Move(or whatever that move is called) to catch someone after the SG dashes, or to catch another defender.

There's a lot more dynamics and things you can do with SG dash play. It's not all about getting the SG open, but the SG is the best decoy. Unfortunately, a lot of SGs I see that dash don't have a proper set up and play with their team.

Listen to this kids if you want to run dash. A good counter to dash is being able to guard the dash 1v1, keeping your big men down low to guard the paint. Want to know how to stop dash 1v1? Muhahahha😎

Yeah I do that. More advice: watch korean fs2 gameplay. The koreans dash defense is amazing.
