Learn to use screen dash correctly and it will be easy to counter.
But the point of screen dash isn't so that the SG can get open. It's because it sets up a play where either:
1. The SG is Open, in which he takes a shot (if dashes correctly)
2. The SG draws double d or the big man's d, in which either your team's big man is open, or the PG has an open drive to the hoop.
Even if you don't bump into the screen, there are more C/PFs that don't screen wherever, but actively move around to catch people. Some also utilize Pick and Move(or whatever that move is called) to catch someone after the SG dashes, or to catch another defender.
There's a lot more dynamics and things you can do with SG dash play. It's not all about getting the SG open, but the SG is the best decoy. Unfortunately, a lot of SGs I see that dash don't have a proper set up and play with their team.
