Recent Balance patch changed height advantage. It means little to nothing now.

it all depends on your team's scoring style. If you want to score in the paint in a 1v1 iso C is bad position and a shooting 3rd is needed. PF is the best straight up blocker of the 3 if you are in blocking position.

If you do art of a or dash, you can use a c and get the benefit of chase down block .
