I only advise it if you would put a lot of points in it because otherwise hitting 1/3 3pt won't be very useful for your team especially if you are the only big.

No sadly it doesn't I know that a lot of people claim that because the stats are such a mystery but I'm sure you have seen pgs block Cs before who have the highest achiveable tussle in game, the theory I have behind blocking is that the range at which we block has to reach a certain point on your opponent for it to count as a block which could explain why pgs can block high tussle bigs because if they are point blank range with them and jump at the exact same time as them then the block range will always hit that point.
