If you decide to solo queue and lose, that is your own fault because you have the option to go in a full party and have verbal communication, but you decided to play with randoms.

It isn't hard to make friends, or even get accepted to a crew. I am ass at this game, yet got accepted to a crew because I stuck around and people noticed. People will notice you if you play well, and you will eventually make friends to play with relatively easily. I have no idea why you would want to do a solo queue for ranked(unless you are that confident about your carrying skills). The amount of rage and salt that most randoms bring drives me to a point of not wanting to play.

As was stated before Tobin again salt and rage is part of the ranking atmosphere that everyone has to deal with regardless of how good or bad you are. Weather its this game or another game with the same style as this game their will always be people like that regardless like that. What I have an issue with his the fact that what most players will be doing is queing up together as 3's which defeats the purpose having having a ranked leader why not just call it team ladder most of you guys gonna go find the best players possible at the time and play with them. That takes nooo skill but when takes skill similar to league is queing up on your own and grinding to get to the next division and have crew or team on a seperate leader board. AT the end of the day having team play or crew play along with solo q play promotes the community to be exclusive promoting toxic players and stupid trash talk... If your as good as you all say you are lets seee you all grind and work for your division on your own lets seee how many of you would get their... without help ..stickly on your own play my guess not many .

Not everyone is meant to aqcuire high rank, that is just how it is. Rank mode was not made for newer players, it was made to give the level 50 competitive players a reason to play. We lose veteran players every month due to boredom, and I'm hoping this will bring back some of our talent. I hope its not solo que because I want to see which set teams aqcuire the highest rank, and see the best TEAM is. Basketball is not a solo game, and even solo que will just result in the better team winning, meaning its the luck of draw of which teammates you get. Most pro players have already proven that they can carry random players in regular matchmaking, You cannot ask pro players to spend their time helping others in a video game.

Ranked play should act as a separate que, and the newer players should stick to regular matchmaking while the organized teams play in rank. This will make the regular matchmaking more enjoyable for the newer players (pro teams will be trying to acquire rank) and will give the organized teams an opportunity for competative play (it can be exteemely boring playing bad team). In a sense, this should help the newer players and the pros. NA needs more organized play experience if we ever want to catch up to China or Korea talent wise, so that one day we can join them in LAN tournaments and make the tournaments bigger than ever. This is the only way this game can grow to its highest potential.

I haven't read a single post. But I see people saying pros who play as a set team will have to play with noobs. Its like league of legends or any tier based game your not going to see a bronze playing with a challenger. If your a "random" and you acquire a high ranking you will play with the some top players and hopefully get noticed and join a crew and happily ever after. Bronze will play with bronze or silver , plat and diamonds and masters might be mixed together. This solves the problem of newbies getting bashed against pros , now theres no way you'll get matched against someone who is extremely better than you. This is update will be beneficial to both vet and newbie. Veterans get to get competition they desire and newbies get to climb the ranks and prove they shouldn't be instantly kicked and given a chance to join a top crew.
