Now to answer your questions, the USA server has always been very underpopulated to say the least, in better dyas the EU server was full but now it's empty as well, the game is Slowlly dying in front of our eyes for our enjoyment, u should try the EU server if u get a decent ping u might get enough ppl for an AI game.
