  • Re-balancing.

    Hello there!

I wanted to point out some of the balancing issues when it comes to positions, I'll be mostly focused on the differences between an FW and a DF.

At the end of each match, an MVP is selected, the MVP is selected based on how much/what the player has done during the match.
As it currently stands; scoring a goal is basically equal to about 20 tackles / 25 cuts.

In other words, if you're a FW all you need to do is to "shoot at the goal and miss" to get a reasonable score at the end of the game,
a DF however has to commit ~20 tackles to receive the same amount of points at the end of each match.

That is all fine in theory, but in practicality that basically means that a DF has to do several times the amount of work of a FW in order to get a reasonable score.
Because of this fact; a lot of DFs tend to play very aggressively, shoot at the goal as much as they can and dribble as much as they can.

The problem arises when you look at what is acceptable, most players I've seen don't fancy a DF trying to score a goal.
    And on top of all of that a DF has basically zero room for error, whereas a FW can miss a goal and lose the ball many times over;
if a DF loses the ball once he/she will be hanged out in a heartbeat.

And because the highest scorer also receives the highest rewards, in terms of EXP and COINS, there is basically no incentive to play as a defender.
No human being should be allowed to suffer like a DF; I strongly suggest you fix those balancing issues.

You're right, as a FW I found it much easier to get a higher score than DF.

But I find this problem only exists at low-level play where people don't know how to defend, and the game becomes all about offense. Of course you won't win if your team doesn't score any goals.

It's not impossible to get high score in this case though. If you're a good DF and the other team is not-so-good, you can easily play aggressive and take shots while doing well defensively. Yes, it isn't as easy as an FW, who can just take free shots 24/7 in low-level play.

However I think this isn't a problem at all in high-level play. The game becomes more balanced between offense and defense. FWs don't have as many chances to take easy shots, because people start to learn that defending is crucial, and the DFs role becomes more important.

So in high-level play it's pretty much fair, DFs can end up with a high score if they do well. Usually when I see which player gets MVP, they deserved it. This is not the case in low-level play where FWs can score a few goals and get MVP and 10.0 score.

The FW 2 goals and shoot 15 times with 0 intercept and 1 tackle .. and he gets 10.0 as rating MVP

the DF 2 assists with 15 intercept and 10 tackle ..and he gets 7.0 rating

      programers logic ...

Are you playing a different game ? it happens always in low level games or high level games .. both are the same

when the FW scores 1 or 2 goals and starting to shoot from outside and inside it actually guarantees that he's gonna get MVP

I'm telling you that based on me playing with my teammates all the time .. our FW usually takes it if he shoot like 15 times

but yeah , if the defender is good enough he will do better than FW and take MVP but the FW always have higher chance to take it , based on how many shoots and goals

I don't find the math in this to be true at all...the two DF's I play alongside with majority of the time take MVP over my lv 50 FW whos scored 4 times.

Do you know that passing - through actually gives high rating ?

if you keep dribbling it will give higher rating .. and of course Forwards and MF Dribbler , do so many pass-through per game

              so
