How much points do you think I need to make them lvl 10? Is 60k enough? XD

Yeah, you need to buy toy coins - Note: the toy coin produces random toys. If you're lucky to have the same toy then it is easy for you to level it up.

- I have 2 rare toys spent 80k I think LOL ..

- You also need a lot of toy goods and cards.
