Not sure if I understood you right but I'll try to answer:
1. How to get a spc (special character, a char you normally would have to buy with gkash) for free
Once you turn lvl 50 with any of your free characters you'll get a free buzzer beater spc coupon which you can use to create one spc. Other than that you might get a coupon through Item balls (which you get from achievements/daily quest etc.) or events.
2. How to get a reset
Depends on what reset you want but if you mean a stat reset you can buy that from the shop but not for points, so you either have to pay for it or wait for an event to bring it out and get it for free that way.
