Hello, i lvled up my pf Colin and i get a special char coupon. I chose a Big Joe, power type. I want to ask you for more information about pfs, because theres no gids and tips for pfs. The biggest reason is that i dont know how my pf Colin can take higher rebs than Big Joe, attributes are the same.. Colin can jump more higher than Big Joe? There is the problem?

The difference between your Colin and your Big Joe is
1. Height
2. 40+ attribute points
Height does not contribute to rebounding but it means opponents have to come closer to block you, etc.
You get the additional 40 training points which you can allocate towards your main attributes. I recommend putting all 40 points into block and gradually distributing them into rebound, speed and tussle as you level up.

I totally agree that tussle isn't as important for PF's. HOWEVER, this only holds true in the late game once you hit level 40 and get box-out swarm. You get increased box out speed, screen collision angle, etc. from tussle which is pretty worth it early game. I personally would put at least two or slightly more bars into tussle as a PF, then at level 40, or whenever you get a training reset, re-allocate your training points depending on your play style.
I believe I only have one bar into tussle on my C, as he's a power C with a +12 tussle suit with SP2, which results in roughly 220 tussle. I don't feel a difference when having more than 220 tussle, nor do I believe in sacrificing some of my other attributes in order to increase it anyways sozz.
But yeah, you're going to want something like 3 bars block (all 40 pts), 2 bars reb, 2 bars tussle, 2 bars speed and points here and there depending on play style (stamina, long layup, mid shot, etc.).
