Well for attributes I'm not gonna go into full detail here but you should have atleast 3 bars in speed and 3pt. Extra can go into midshot, block,or steal.
Um for items I guess you mean clothes? 3pt or speed imo, you won't see a difference in 3pt shots made from 190 to 210 so you should either get a sht ton of 3pt or just put it into speed so you can run as fast as a pg. -
