Is there any program or I can do to play in ASIA 1 with good ping?

Anyone who know some program that could lessen my ping during peak hours in PH time? Because I get delays and lag during peak hours. I could only be playing a good game after midnight here in the Philippines.Tried logging in NA server now (6:30pm) has no people around the server hence I could not play at all.
