help . lag problem

Everytime the game has to transition to doing a different activity (tip off , Right after replays in game , Pressing f9 , when searching for a game) Theres a huge delay of lag for me . Any help to fix this issue? This is a new Laptop but i had a desktop prior to this but it was way worse . didnt even have a graphics card. this really gets my team mad when i stand there for a good 5-10 seconds without moving.

put your laptop in a microwave for 2 minutes. reboot, then boot up fs2 and play everything work
