Pick and move

Can anyone teach me how to use the skill pick and move properly? I have no idea how and i really want to learn and master this skill.

Quick question, can a sg/sf still dash when Pf/C uses pick and move?

Sir, simply tap W, and hold the direction you want to move in. Yes. Its that simple ( ' w ' ) /

And yes, you can use it when dashing, however, you do not necessarily have to tap W like I mentioned above. All you would have to do in that situation is screen regularly, then when someone runs into your screen, you can hold the direction you want to move in afterwards to activate pick and move.
