Does Block Pass trigger when Power Block is equipped? from what i see it doesn't or does it trigger?

It triggers at random don't worry (mainly when block pass can actually be successfully done, which is when your teammate is in front of your block.)

well sometimes i see them not on their back some on their side, which is why im confused :/

You have to be a certain distant away from the opponent for Block Pass to trigger. Most of the time you block the opponent from close range so Block Pass wont trigger. From what I have seen Block Pass triggers when you are at least one body away from opponent.
