Total attribute points?

How many attribute points in total when you reach Level50? Can you buy for additional attribute points?

Each level you get +2 training points up to level 50 for non-spc.
If you use SPC ( Special character e.g. Lloyd / Joe) you start with +40 training points which helps a lot.

You cannot buy training points but buying a SPC is one way of "buying" attribute points

I have a normal Lv 50 and I only got 96pts

if i buy spc character in lv.24, i will start with 48 attribute points (lv.24=48pts) and +40 training points ?
