    Goals:
    Jan 31: Solid Reverse Dunk
    feb 24: Dunk off of one step (no running start)
    March 24: windmill on a low rim

    If you want more info about what exercises I do just post n ill answer what I can
    I'm 5'11-6ft tall guy trying to improve his vertical jump every day! 19 I also street perform (more videos to come soon!)

    Do a 360 through leg dunk over a 6 foot 6 center with a honey dip at the end
