I play on Max Win, Medium settings, and get roughly 90fps. The max fps you can get playig full screen is 60fps. And believe me theres a huge difference between 60 and 90.

What the fk you guys talking about. You can get more than 60fps fullscreen too, it all depends on how much hz your monitor has.

EDIT: No you cant, full screen is locked at 60. Good optimization
