I'm having the same problem. cannot see the other channels except Rookie, and cannot get into games. it crashed and says theres a bug.

Everyone appears invisible to me in-match too, and 30 seconds in it just crashes, also there's a golden bell bug as well.

I just finished uninstalling and re-installing as well, it doesn't seem to work.

really? you should uninstall the game completely and than redownload the game client

Got the same problem and when i try to reinstall i got an error.
