    hey guys, I am having an issue.

    I am trying to log into my account i've had for over 10 years and when I try to request a password reset, I NEVER RECEIVE AN EMAIL.

    I am currently locked out of my account. I have opened a ticket with support but they always say respond with all this infomation... and then i do and they said because I am talking to them not logged into the account im logged out of, they ask me to open another ticket... HOW DO I GET MY PASSWORD RESET AND SENT TO ME EMAIL? CAN SOMEONE HELP?

    It appears that you were unable to use your registered email for ticketing. Please ensure you use your registered email account when sending details for verification. If you can’t access your registered email, we recommend recovering it through your email service provider first.     Once you recover your email address, please submit a ticket through our support email at steam_support@gamekiss.com, as this will be part of the verification process for resetting your account password.
