    Some of you see a flashy 3 and think that 2 points don't count in Freestyle 2 or basketball in general, and you chase the 3's so much that you end with empty possessions. 1 3 and an empty possession is not more than 2 2's. Plenty of teams have won crucial tournament games and tournament finals with 2's.

    This concept applies in working out and dieting. Take your time and stretch during your workout, don't make the weight too high or even do entire workouts with no weight like I do. In your diet, don't do something that's too unhealthy or too unsustainable.
