Layup Range Circle and 3pt shot green circle Disappeared

For some reason, on one of my Char (PG), the range indicator for both Layup and 3pt Range DISAPPEARED.
Yes I have long Range ++ ..Also, the layup range is gone too.
Now i am always shooting in the dark.
Yes I have switched a computer to try it,
Yes I have reset all the game setting and it did bearly anything
Yes I have reinstalled the game but it s not doing anything as I switched a machine to try as well.

Can anyone help? or is my account bugged.???

That feature is supposed to be for new players only. So when your ELO gets better, you lose those in-game indicators. To get it back, you can reset your record, but this will only last until your ELO raises again.

It's been pretty frustrating trying to play without those guides. I thought maybe it was just me or my settings, but seems like it's a wider issue.

I hope the devs are onto fixing this soon 'cause it really messes with your game when you're used to those indicators. It's like shooting blind, you know? Makes me miss shots I normally wouldn't. Anybody found a temporary fix or heard when they might patch it up?
