Recommend New Game-Mode

Hi all. Today i was thinking about a new game mode that prevent player against cancers/spammers/ISO or VPN players. GM can create a new section like 3x3 where ppl can play without "rrrrrrrr sw", 250 ms SG, ISO Player that score with glitch movements etc.. A sort of "Clear Mode" where players can play normal matches.
