I know this may be asking for a lot, and I do not expect a lot from this company. But a simple statement regarding the report system would be nice for the community.
I don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon, but the least GK can do is let us know how they're going about trying to fix it, and the estimated time it will take for them to fix it. This would save them the pain of having to consistently copy and paste responses to us. It would also save people from wasting money on this game trying to take advantage of the events right now, not knowing if they'll even be able to use their character.
