Is the new Matsuri attribute adding system bugged?
Hi guys, this is Quan. Just drew 3 costumes of Matsuri, decent drop rate, love it.
But when I tried to add attributes on it, I found that I can only add 10 attribute for whether speed, rebound or stamina, and the costume is not RARE.
Is it bugged or are those costumes changed to nothing without mentioning, could we get an explain for that?
