SG with PG mastery?

Am I tripping or is the SG on this video using the 1st PG mastery? Can't see the name coz i think it's in chinese and my client doesn't read chinese so. :/
The replay function doesn't show the "wind effect" when s/he dashes like "away from screen or the pg mastery skill"

Chinese hacker, you have to change client nation to see the chinese text.
