High ping after the maintenance update

Before the maintenance for halloween patch, I only had a ping around 35ms-45ms. After this patch, I now have around 60ms-90ms and fluctuating up to 130ms. Although other games aren't affected. It's just FS2 that has this ping.

What might be the reason?

I'm from PH btw.
