Is it true PFs are getting double clutch dunk THIS update?

Literally no reason to add it, and if GK does they need to add double clutch layup as a LVL 24 skill on CT for balance. The game is already dying, so why add skill like this that make it unbalanced for new players? Still, if giving advantages to long-time players is what's needed to keep normies and 2k wigger children away from this game then it's fine
