Error on Clothing +Stat

Hello

I purchased the clothes and added stats with spending Gkash on my character.
Yet it took the money and did not added the stat points on the clothes.

Literally it drained my Gkash twice, costing me to spend 2120 Gkash on same clothing for this error.

Can you take a look at this issue
and can I get compensation on this error.
