you gotta get the feeling of boxing out a West C to the foul line then he power rebs over you. Once you realize that feeling, that great brutal feeling you’ll find out that playing C with 70+ ping is a waste of time. There’s a myth saying if you have good def ping don’t matter. But here’s a secret ping matters if you’re making a big. Anyone saying otherwise is west or believe in the myth.

To be honest, 70 ping isn't all that terrible as a C. As long as you have good timing and technique, you should be able to get at least rebs over your opponents. But yeah, ping rules this game, so anyone in the West with much lower ping will outreb you in many occasions.

If you want to play center then go for it. There are many centers out there with high ping who are considered one of the best because of their defense, high IQ, and great boxout technique in order to grab couple rebounds. If you truly want to play center, then don't stop.

Wow my bad for the late reply man, West is basically everywhere in the US that's next to the pacific ocean. Seattle, Portland, California, etc. And in Canada, British Columbia.
To pretty much improve your rebounding skills, takes good timing and skills that can give you an advantage over the opponent. So It'd be good to have skills like Chip out, boxout swarm, etc. to help you get a better chance of rebbing
