you're mocking the fact that some people don't have the courage to talk to the opposite sex. Even if you want to help them saying "talk to a girl" does not help the individual talk the opposite sex. You could actually lower their self- esteem making it even harder to talk the opposite sex. For example you walk by a homeless man and you say "get a house" you saying those 3 words didn't help his problems or made him get a house. You just mocked the fact that he does not have a house, those words may have even lower his depression.
