Banning by ip is inaccurate I think permanent IGN ban is the best they can do, if they ban by ip a player who's never even seen the game could get banned and not even know why causing more problems in the long run.

As players it's our job to report players that we deem to be hacking and it is GK's job to make sure that they review each case and then ban if they have to. In my opinion ip and hwid banning will just cause problems in the long run, maybe. I also think they need to review their anti-cheat to see if they can find what needs to be tweaked to work more efficiently, even if it's just a temp. kick from the anti cheat feeling like it picked up something.

Just because someone is better than you, doesnt mean you can call hacks. You are in no position to be able to differentiate between hacks and skill , since you have never once reached a level of skill that is good enough to do so. you guys should post this on the fs2 steam community page. I'm sure that would put a lot more pressure on GK since steam has much bigger exposure than this isolated GK forum that most new FS2 players dont even know about.It would also make them lose credibility with much bigger companies like Valve if they don't do anything, esp if the much bigger Asian player base gets involved.
