I would use cc cleaner to see if that works and keep your firewall on and allow freestyle 2 to be allowed through but I'm not sure if it will work

Sanctify is right regarding Xigncode errors, use cc cleaner to delete unnecessary system and junk files. You may also want to consider disabling and closing your antivirus, firewall or any background running applications for it can also be detected by the Xigncode program as a third party software that is why it is being prevented from launching game.
