When are we getting more skill slots?

My SF has no room cause all the bs SP skills and defense skills hog slots, when do we get more? VIP and unlocked

yeah but weren't the last 2 slots just turned into vip and vvip. 2 slots are missing and 2 slots are locked behind a paywall i would assume those 2 slots are just vip and vvip to get us to spend money

I highly doubt we will ever see the event/net cafe slot ever opened, but we could be seeing another slot that was supposed to be have been unlocked as part of the Rebound update. Level 50 is supposed to unlock 2 skills now, but I understand if the GMs want to gap out some time between introducing VVIP slot and the Rebound patch slot.
