Official Freestyle 2 Ranking System for Competive

sounds good Ahms. ill put this on the mods forum page as well to draw a bit more attention to it. I feel like there are alot of other areas of the game that need to be sorted out before this works though. A good competitive setup is essential to a game like this succeeding. However, newer players who want to join in the competitive play may not be feeling it if the game is littered with the problems it still has at this moment. People dont want to enter tournaments if they have to compete against cheaters every time. Also for casters to get paid i would think we'd have to create something like a "Season Ticket" where players would buy something, maybe a card or item ball type thing. Take profits from that to fund a cash prize for tournament winners, and a paycheck for casters.

thanks slip for passing it through hope to see everyone enjoy the ranking system once implemented. yes thats a good idea, for now i know we dont have much of an ethusastic twitch for tournaments so im willing to pay someone out of my pocket to keep it going till gamekiss can hopefully chime in one day i dont mind, i just wanna see this as a sucess.

Gamekiss doesn't offer an api, so this is nearly impossible to do.

sorry i dont think you took into what i was saying. each game is reviewed and data'd then inserted into each player profile which will be constructed with my calculation formula to depict where each player stands in the ranking skill ratings for each season.

tournaments are the only sign of legit competitveness with rewards and players that we see vs the best of the best. it is not a waste of time.... why do you think each event of lcs or mlg etc have recorded rankings of each players ability and skill throughout the event posted on site...come again?

shows you are incredibly bad at the game, the easiest win eva, all you need is an elloki to swat your double clutch or syz to back block you, and you done, no wonder you quit entering tournaments.

Just say wyh is the best and I can't win a ring and I will happily give the title of best iso pg to dbll the ringed champion which you never got.
