Um, Zydrunas didn't share a video either. Do you even know where you are? He just explained on page two how speed hacks work. But because he proves you wrong and exposes how dumb you are, you avoid it. You can google it and there are tons and tons of links explaining how it works. This program isn't a unicorn, it's an extremely common type of hacking used in many games. The more you post the more you prove your ignorance. I wouldn't be surprised if this was an alt account for one of those hackers trying to create a shitty argument against this so they can continue to hack.

Why do you act like a 3rd party hack program is so hard to get a hold of? Cheat Engine is an example of a 3rd party program that used to be widely used pre-XIGNCODE and in many other games. Go install it and check the UI or YouTube CE speed hacking in other games. There is a speed hack setting that allows you to increase the game speed by a multiplier as seen in the videos posted by OP. Paired with the bypass, that hack was used for months earlier in OBT and various times in the tournament. There actually has been several occasions in which the bypass was leaked onto the forums. 3rd party programs aren't exclusive to FS2 either. FS1 was also riddled with speed hackers and any FS1 vet can give you a whole spiel about that.

As far as I know, CE doesn't work anymore but a 3rd party hack originating from China works with our client. These include attribute hacks, HOWEVER these aren't used because they temporarily change local game files resulting in a high chance of getting banned. This new hack, however, still employs a speed hack feature which is still yet to be detected, at least with our current iteration of XIGNCODE.

To completely dismiss the existence of hacks would be ignorant of the history of FS and to disregard the current evidence is simply absurd.

Dude, there are a lot of people that have sold hacks publicly before, and a lot of hackers that have admitted to hacking. Tust me , take your money somewhere else. If you need proof, you can just spam in lobby that you want to buy hacks and people will sell it to you for $20. You won't get banned either while doing it, its gamekiss. The reason why hackers don't get banned is because they(like you) spend a lot of money on this game, so they won't get banned because they are profiting the company. If all the hackers got banned the Fs2 playerbase would drop from its already low population. Just play and have fun, ignore the hacks, spend money on different game until Gamekiss does something.

Hacks exists. Otherwise those "hackers" live near me and I doubt that. (I have 10-15 MS plugged into ethernet).

Excellent timing, this is the new hack that I was referring to. The setting circled in red is the speed hack setting which has a base setting of 1.00 but can be increased for greater advantage.
