Basketball only has 5 positions so its easy to catch up when ur a beginner. They would match their style of play to that position, for example Lebron as Point forward, Derozan and PG are swingmen, Gasol brothers as "Control Towers" and Westbrook and Harden as dual guards.

Yeah, but it's not a real position. That's my whole point, they are classifications if anything. I call them sub positions because they aren't real positions but are terms to describe someone's style of play. I'm not undermining anyone who plays like that, just saying the since they aren't official positions, I consider them sub. A position within a position.
