But hard to tell in this case, since he is a well known ha.cker.

Ye, my 2 pf has 230+12 range, and 230+12 range +12 blk pass
It's not possible to blk that without activating blk pass. And this block is a little father than mine, so it's hard to tell since we all know he has hack.
But I know someone like 4 queens , Liuyan who has 260 blk can blk like that. Only way is to stand in a line to the rim and activate block pass. So it's possible to block that , but I doubt that.

also i've played 4queens ( 250+ block) vetted (250+) many many times. thats not 250, thats pure 300 block stat.
