Is there an exact reason I'm D/cing?

Ok. For about 2 weeks now, no matter if I'm balling or even just idling in the lobby, my connection to host will be terminated then simultaneously my connection to the server will terminate. I would sit for hours staring at the launcher and my ping on all servers will stay constant. My default ping in NA is about 70-83. This gets rather frustrating because I've reset my modem/router, called my provider and asked if om receiving the correct speed, and I've made sure nothing on my computer is running except for basic functions. Why is this happening? Any help would be sick.

The issue is commonly caused by unstable internet connection, although you have a fast connection please make sure that it's stable. I also suggest that you please disable your firewall and try again.
