Whats the deal with block attribute vs. manual block range?

I am currently a shrewd PF, and have the choice of either running 201 block with +5 manual block range or 195 block with +14 manual block range.

I noticed a huge drop off in block range when I switched from balanced to shrewd and went under 200 block.

I heard the ratio of main stat vs sub attribute is 1.6:1. This means that an increase of +3 block attribute results in about +2 manual block range. (I just read this in a conversation between 2 FS2 china players in the lobby).

So 201 block +5 manual block would result in a value of around 130.63
and 195 block +14 manual block would result in a value of around 135.88.

However, I would personally roll with 201 block cuz 195 block doesn't sound sexy at all.

200 block is when you notice a chance in how well you can block beyond that I do not know
