  • Is speed really worth?

Eye Guys! I'm here to share my theory on speed. Many debates with Valioa about if speed really worth raising.

Now, after being asked to do some 1v1 training with Valioa, I reset my alternate PG attributes on SickEye. I completely maxed out speed & raised some stamina afterwards.
    My current speed is 221.
    My current stamina is 190.

While training, I asked Val to race me. We did, turns out, we was the same speed. I am shrewd type PG, Val is balanced. Val sais it's his movement speed cards he has equip, that allows him to keep up with me. Basically saying "Move Speed" is better than the actual speed attribute. I couldn't argue with that, cause I don't know much about movement speed and how much it affects your actual movement speed.

But I didn't give up on the argument. Exodus42 & Finessed came into the room to continue to test my theory. Watch the video to see how it turned out. Let me know what you guys think. Is speed really worth? or nah

    SickEye - 221 Speed / 190 stamina - Shrewd Type
    Exodus42 - 185 Speed / (not sure of stamina) - Power Type
Finessed - 190+ Speed / (not sure of stamina) - Balanced Type

I have max my speed & raised my stamina on my alternate PG - SickEye - Goku the PG, which comes with extra +4 running speed. My total speed is 221 After watc...

I haven't had time to read this and watched video partly, so I as you say speed makes no difference? However, I can see how speed affects on my c..

Finish reading & watch the video, I'm sure you will understand what I mean once you do so.

It doesn't seem to make any difference in your video lol. You got almost 30+ points speed compared to Finessed but that's really not noticeable.
But if you play C, you will sure be slower than a PG. So, speed does affect your running speed I guess, so why are you all running at the same speed ? Maybe there's some "maximum" speed stat where you can continue to upgrade but your speed won't ?

            Pretty strange

It's psylogical thinking your speed will outrun anyone, really it doesn't. I have seen PF (Skaar), outrun my SG...unless, I could be wrong. I say max out your stamina, that what makes you run faster because your turbo lasts longer.

I am making a video on differences in speed stat. I will say though, from using a timer to find out these differences, they are indeed rather small (like milliseconds). But yea, I will be working on the video after I get out of schooleo. The video will consist of walking speeds for different positions, running speed, dribbling speed, etc.

To successfully test this, you need 2 of your own computer. Because when you run, you appear differently on other people's monitor. You need to do it with 2 computer and press the arrow keys in each hands and truly test it to see the myth of running. I did this with FS1 before. For some reason everyone's speed seem the same on FS2. Stamina is what make them run faster. Be interesting if anyone try this out.

you do realize that the speed differences will still be in milliseconds right? -.- No matter the PC speed or w/e, the milliseconds differences won't change.

Yeah, the speeds may be different without the use of shift.
