Hi guys, I recently became Libero and I have trouble with the longball shooting. Can someone give me an advice what should I do to improve.

the keys to scoring a long shot are as follows:
have a clear look (no defender applying shot interference)
aim to the opposite top corner of the post you are standing even with (line up with right post aim up and left when you shoot or vice versa)
power your shot approximately 75% (to much power and ball goes over, less power is better than to much power)
if all of these things stand true, you have a decent chance of scoring. to further increase this chance you need to add shooting bonuses such as...
starting point
assist
pass through
having these things happen in the buildup to your shot increases the chance that it will go in. if you have all of these things (clear shot, proper aim, proper power, start point, assist, and a pass through) the long shot is pretty much a 100% goal if it isnt blocked on its path in to the net. -
