I told them weeks ago, and wrote a Ticket. they didnt do anything.

I think it is bugged when equipped with female characters. I have a male character and there was no problem with my panda head.

It would be nice if they attach a list of known event issues/bugs at the event page, or a notice of known issues/bugs and tell when will they get addressed at news.

No whostheboss it's not bugged for female chars, i know someone who plays a female that has it and it works fine, it's the same bug that happened with the lego head/skull mask, some accounts can see the head, others see others/themselves bald, or even u can see it on some ppl and other u can't.
