hello gamekiss, event items now cannot be washed, its big deception players, u should info about duration this items. We lost a lot points for upgrade( me waste near 300k points on all event items), and i hope u understand that u will loose a lot of players if these changes will remain the same.

Please be informed that the El Dor Gold Shoes is not permanent. On the item description you will see that it is unwashable.

Goalie that's ********, i've had mine since the lvl up and up event started and i could wash them after every game. u guys made it unwashable after the last event, at least be upfront about it dun come spit on our faces.Comment

This is really bad, Goalie why are giving us thosr lies? Instead of just saying the truth. When this Game started we clearly got Shoes + Socks +20 they were permanent for Months all of sudden u tell us they werent permanent in the first place? lol i lost my repect for you guys. its obvious u want us to spend more money, im okay with that but i cant stand the lies. plsComment

In the item description you will see the item durability and it states there how many times you can use the item for example 50/50 matches which means each match the durability will decrease by 1 until it becomes 0/50. It is also stated in the item description that you can't laundry the item. I understand what u wanna tell us, but lets say those items were really only for 50 Matches like you say, noone would be upset now because no one would wasted their points into those items, also this items are from 2 months ago, and they would expire long time ago. but they didnt Goalie because it clearly said Permanent 50/50 which could be washed before the latest maintence. I also checked the Mailbox and the description of these Shoes and other Free Items got changed into "50/50 cant wash". Do u understand me now? We would like to know what exactly happened? Was it a mistake? or was it on Purpose? I also support the idea of not giving Free Gkash or Gkash items otherwhise we cant support the game with Money, but we really expect honesty of you guys. Thanx
